For 2008 there are tons of things going on: Besides the normal operating expenses here in the U.S. we also ask you to consider: The Franklins and the Putmans are scheduled to be Uganda, Kenya and Sudan the month of September. To operate the Sudan clinic, we need monthly wages for Martin Wanyama plus travel expenses for monthly trips to Uganda to replenish glasses inventory. We also need a motorcycle for the Sudan program, so Martin can conduct rural clinics. We need to purchase thousands of pairs of new glasses, some from the U.S. and some from India.
